1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup dark molasses (can substitute a little honey to make it sweater)
1+ cup applesauce
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t cardamom
pinch of cloves
3/4 cup raisins
Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
