Pumpkin Banana Muffins

2 over-ripe bananas
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2- cup honey
1/2- cup brown sugar
3/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup pecans

1 cup whole grain pastry flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom, etc.

Combine wet to dry. top with cinnamon sugar. Makes about 18 muffins. Bake at 375 about 25 minutes
