Black Bean Avocado Salsa

Salsa! Salsa!

1, 15 oz. can black beans
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes , including juice (use Rotel with chilis for hot)
1-2 avocado, diced
Lots of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp or more garlic, minced
2 TBS lime juice
1 TBS lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 TBS olive oil

Combine all veggies, whisk juices, oil spices and seasonings. Combine and chill.

Serve with scoops. Enjoy!
